Save the date for the Career Transition Assistance Program which is scheduled on Monday, January 6, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 in the evening at the Veterans Association of North Country Resource Center located at 1617 Mission Ave., Oceanside, California.
Participants to the Career Transition Assistance Program will be learning how to write a powerful resume, how to effectively build a business network, how to confidently handle an interview, and a lot more. The class will also be helping its attendees create professional goals by guiding them towards defining their personal skills and interests.
The program conducts free monthly career workshops and coaching with interactive and educationally substantive classes. The class on January 6 is the first installment to the eight-part series that occurs on a biweekly basis.
The Veterans Association of North County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is made up of 30 ve Career Transition Assistance Programteran organizations and serves over 5,000 members.
