Dove Children’s Desk invites kindergarten and first grade students for a weekly after-school reading program. This activity will be every Wednesday until April 30, 2014 from 3:30 until 4:30 in the afternoon. The venue will be at the Carlsbad City Library Family Focus Center located in 1885 Dove Lane, Carlsbad, California.
Grab this chance and let the children attend this weekly event that teaches the little ones about various book genres. Kids will love this activity as it allows them to expand their knowledge about books. By exposing them to such reading materials, children would most likely develop the love for reading. In today’s world full of technology and gadgets, it is nice to go back to grassroots and just read.
